 Zoom image		The earliest recorded use of the Russian double headed eagle dates back to the red wax seal of Grand Prince Ivan, son of Vassily.

The seal is on a document dated 1497. The eagle is known to have been used by the Imperial Russian Family since. It is this eagle emblem that is the basis for the design of this elegant Stud Pin.

Our charming stud-pin is richly gold plated, and has a butterfly catch fitting. Hand-made in England.
